Job Overview

They will be passionate about supporting families, promoting independence, and enhancing overall well-being.

  • Provide guidance and support to individuals in need, focusing on their unique needs and circumstances.
  • Assist in developing and implementing personalized care plans, ensuring comprehensive support for families.
Key Responsibilities

Take children and young people with disabilities out into the community to promote independence and engagement in new activities, providing respite for families through supportive supervision.

  • Offer emotional and physical support to young people and their family members, and provide referrals to additional support services as necessary.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation of activities, progress, and incidents that occur during support sessions.
