Job Description

As a Family Support Professional, you will be responsible for:

  1. Developing and maintaining relationships with families, identifying their needs and aspirations.
  2. Collaborating with colleagues to design and deliver tailored support plans.
  3. Working closely with partner agencies to ensure seamless service delivery.

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A DipSW or equivalent qualification.
  • Experience in family support and child protection.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
