Job Overview

We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Pupil Welfare Coordinator to join our team at Outcomes First Group. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the well-being and safety of our pupils.

About the Role

In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating pupil welfare activities and initiatives, developing and maintaining strong relationships with pupils, families and colleagues, and ensuring the effective implementation of safeguarding policies and procedures.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work effectively under direct supervision and instruction, and possess the ability to build strong relationships with pupils, families and colleagues.
