About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and delivering personalised care and support to our service user, who requires assistance with daily living tasks and personalised care. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, making a real difference to someone's life.

About Our Service User:

Our service user is a male with autism and learning disability, who has a strong desire to live independently and engage in activities he enjoys. He requires support with personal care and nutrition, and we are looking for someone who is passionate about enabling him to achieve his goals.

What We Are Looking For:

We are seeking someone who is proactive, organised, and committed to delivering exceptional care and support. Knowledge in positive behaviour support, LD, autism, and behaviours that challenge would be an advantage, but all training will be given. The ideal candidate will be willing to go above and beyond for our service user and staff involved in the package.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinating and delivering personalised care and support to our service user

Assisting with daily living tasks such as meal preparation and household chores

Encouraging and enabling our service user to engage in activities they enjoy

Working collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to develop and implement person-centred plans

Keeping accurate records of our service user's progress and well-being

Salary: £12.50 per hour (Enhanced hourly rate on all Bank Holidays)
