Supported Living Coordinator Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Supported Living Coordinator to join our team at Chester Voluntary Action. As a Supported Living Coordinator, you will play a vital role in setting up and developing a new Supported Lodgings service.
Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the effective placement of young people with their hosts. You will also oversee the recruitment, training, and management of hosts, as well as promoting the service to key stakeholders and supporting young people directly.
To succeed in this role, you will need excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with young people, hosts, and other stakeholders. You will also possess a deep understanding of the needs of young people and the importance of providing high-quality support services.
- Ensure effective referral, assessment, and placement of young people with their hosts
- Oversee recruitment, training, and management of hosts
- Promote the service to key stakeholders
- Support young people directly
We offer a comprehensive salary package, including a salary of £33,000-£36,000 per annum, depending on experience, and a range of benefits including opportunities for professional development and a positive work-life balance.
