Inclusive Education Support Specialist
We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Individual to fill the role of SEN One to One Tutor, supporting Secondary pupils with Special Educational Needs in a dynamic and inclusive learning environment. As a key member of our team, you will contribute to creating a supportive and stimulating atmosphere where every student feels valued and empowered to thrive.

About the Position
This position requires a highly skilled and empathetic educator who possesses a strong understanding of the full curriculum and assessment frameworks. You will need to have previous experience of working with children in the last 2 years, as well as a relevant teaching assistant qualification and eligibility to work in the UK. Additionally, you must have two references working with children and a current DBS that is registered with the update service or be willing to apply for a new one.

Key Responsibilities
Your primary responsibility will be to provide high-quality support to students with Special Educational Needs, using a tailored approach to meet the unique needs of each individual. You will work closely with teachers and other support staff to develop and implement personalized learning plans, ensuring that each student receives the necessary accommodations and modifications to succeed. You will also maintain accurate records of student progress, communicate regularly with parents and guardians, and participate in professional development opportunities to stay up-to-date with best practices in special education.

Salary Estimate
We estimate the salary for this role to be around £28-£38 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.
