About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Commercial Strategy Lead to join our team in London. As a key member of our commercial department, you will be responsible for developing and executing the commercial strategy across our Discount & High Street Channel in the UK market.
Key Responsibilities
You will lead and shape the commercial strategy for our key customers, including B&M, Costco, Decathlon, and other smaller customers. You will work closely with our category management team to ensure we are the go-to supplier for the convenience channel in the UK. Additionally, you will build strong relationships with key industry contacts and develop promotional and support plans tailored to each customer's needs.

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need a minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar commercial environment. You must be able to work confidently with data and insights, planning effectively and thinking on your feet. A Bachelor's Degree or equivalent qualification is also required. Industry knowledge and the ability to influence both cross-functionally and at a senior level are desirable but not essential.
