Revenue Growth Strategist

As a Mortgage Sales Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our business. You'll work alongside senior management to increase revenue and enhance relationships with existing and new business partners.
The successful candidate will have a CeMAP qualification (or equivalent) and proven experience in sales management within the mortgage or financial services sector. They will also possess strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to build and maintain long-term business relationships.
Salary: £45,000 per annum, estimated based on the location and industry standards.
Benefits include a generous performance-based bonus structure, 24 days of annual leave plus bank holidays, and flexible hybrid working arrangements.
Job Description
- Manage and support existing staff, including mortgage advisors and admin teams.
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with estate agent partners and improve processes within their businesses.
- Source new lead opportunities, onboard new estate agents, and recruit top mortgage advisors nationally.
- Promote and implement cutting-edge technology within the group and across partner businesses.
- Lead the expansion of new commercial ventures within the group, including the growth of internal partnerships.
- Enhance communication and engagement with all key partnerships to foster long-term success.
