About the Job

This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires a strong leader with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will be responsible for:

  • Developing and implementing sales strategies to drive revenue growth and improve sales performance.
  • Leading and motivating the sales team to meet or exceed sales targets, providing coaching and guidance as needed.
  • Cultivating and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers, identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
  • Presentation of sales reports and forecasts to the management team, ensuring timely and accurate reporting.
  • Staying up-to-date on market trends, competitor activity, and new product developments to inform sales strategies.

Salary and Benefits$31,200 per annum (approximately £2,600 per month) salary, plus benefits package including health insurance, pension plan, and paid time off.
