Parkdean Resorts is seeking a talented Revenue Data Leader to drive commercial success across our holiday parks. This is an exciting opportunity to shape and execute a forward-thinking revenue strategy, leveraging data-driven insights to inform occupancy, pricing, and long-term planning decisions.



As a key member of our team, you will provide strategic recommendations to weekly meetings, overseeing all revenue management aspects for designated regions. Your expertise will be instrumental in setting pricing strategies, managing financial targets, and supporting a team dedicated to exceptional sales performance.



In this role, you will:




  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive revenue growth and improve commercial performance.
  • Develop and implement data-driven revenue strategies, leveraging market trends and customer insights.
  • Analyse and interpret complex data sets to inform business decisions and drive revenue optimisation.
  • Lead weekly strategic revenue meetings, sharing insights and recommendations to drive revenue growth.
  • Maintain expert-level product knowledge, ensuring accurate and compelling messaging across all business channels.
  • Support the development of team members, ensuring they have the skills and competencies needed to excel in their roles.
