Job Description:
  • • Drive revenue growth and exceed targets in designated regions
  • • Develop and execute forward-thinking revenue strategies
  • • Provide data-driven insights to inform occupancy, pricing, and long-term planning decisions

We're looking for a talented Revenue Manager to join our team. As a key member of our revenue operations, you'll play a vital role in shaping the future of holiday experiences at Parkdean Resorts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • • Engage in weekly strategic revenue meetings, sharing insights and recommendations to drive revenue growth
  • • Prepare detailed financial budgets and targets for specified regions
  • • Maximize occupancy and revenue through effective pricing strategies and promotional plans
  • • Analyze market trends and customer behavior to inform business decisions
  • • Develop and manage an extensive promotional calendar to drive sales and revenue growth

Parkdean Resorts offers a competitive salary of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as a range of benefits including hybrid working, flexible hours, and up to 50% off holidays with us.
