Job Overview

Sandman Hotel Group seeks a highly skilled Revenue Growth Strategist to lead revenue management strategy for multiple properties in the UK & Ireland hotel portfolio. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for optimizing revenue potential by ensuring pricing, inventory, and distribution channels align with company goals.

About You

We are looking for someone with a strong analytical mindset and deep understanding of market trends. You will develop and execute data-driven strategies that drive profitability across various revenue streams from Accommodation, Meetings and Events, Golf, and Spa operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) and create detailed revenue reports
  • Manage inventory across online distribution channels, ensuring optimal availability and competitive pricing
  • Lead budgeting and forecasting process for hotel portfolio, ensuring accurate and realistic financial projections
  • Utilise revenue management systems (RMS) to monitor and adjust strategies based on real-time data
  • Build and maintain relationships with key partners to drive revenue growth

Requirements

  • Strong analytical skills, ability to interpret data and develop actionable insights
  • Excellent understanding of online distribution channels and third-party booking platforms

Estimated Salary: £60,000 - £80,000 per annum
