Revenue Management Specialist

About the Role:

NPG Resourcing is looking for a skilled Revenue Controller to join their team in Newcastle. In this role, you will work closely with partners and other fee earners to review WIP, debt, and unbilled disbursements, providing regular updates to the Accounts Manager and Finance Director.

Your key responsibilities will include ensuring timely and effective billing to enable more prompt cash collection. You will set up correct billing in the finance system to facilitate the billing process and develop and implement improved revenue control processes.

Responsibilities:
  • Review WIP, debt, and unbilled disbursements
  • Update the Accounts Manager and Finance Director on progress

Working Arrangements:

This role offers hybrid working arrangements (40%/60%), allowing you to balance your work and personal life. You will also have access to a range of benefits, including a workplace pension and life assurance.

Salary: £55,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience. We estimate that your actual take-home pay will be approximately £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, assuming a 20% tax bracket.
