Parkdean Resorts: A Leading Holiday Parks Operator

We are seeking a highly skilled Revenue Operations Manager to join our team and drive commercial success across our holiday parks. As a key member of our revenue operations team, you will play a critical role in shaping and executing a forward-thinking revenue strategy that maximises occupancy and revenue.

The ideal candidate will have experience working in sales or revenue management environments, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth and improving commercial performance. You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of revenue management, including setting pricing strategies, managing financial targets, and supporting a team dedicated to exceptional sales performance.

About the Role

  • Engage in weekly strategic revenue meetings to share insights and recommendations for driving revenue at our parks.
  • Prepare detailed reports and presentations to support revenue decisions and identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and manage an extensive promotional calendar, including offer proposals, execution, and reporting.
  • Analyse booking patterns and market trends to inform revenue strategies and optimise performance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or revenue management.
  • Proven leadership development skills and ability to motivate high-performing teams.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and drive business outcomes.
