Parkdean Resorts: Lead Our Revenue Management Team to Success

We are seeking an experienced Holiday Parks Revenue Director to lead our revenue management team and drive commercial success across our holiday parks. As a senior leader, you will be responsible for shaping and executing a forward-thinking revenue strategy that maximises occupancy and revenue.

The ideal candidate will have significant experience working in revenue management environments, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth and improving commercial performance. You will be responsible for leading a team of revenue managers, developing and implementing revenue strategies, and ensuring seamless communication and collaboration with internal stakeholders.

About the Role

  • Lead a team of revenue managers to develop and implement revenue strategies.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Analyse market trends and identify opportunities to drive revenue growth.
  • Develop and execute targeted campaigns to drive revenue growth and improve commercial performance.

Requirements

  • Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in revenue management environments.
  • Proven leadership development skills and ability to motivate high-performing teams.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and drive business outcomes.
