About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Key Account Manager to join our team at Nilfisk Group. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining long-term relationships with strategic customers across various segments and regions.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Pursue sales leads, visit existing customers, and assess their needs to suggest appropriate products and services.
  2. Respond to customer inquiries, negotiate prices, and delivery times to meet revenue targets.
  3. Identify, research, and contact prospective customers to build positive relationships and generate future sales.
  4. Refer sales leads, customer feedback, and competitor activity to appropriate contacts within the organization.
  5. Establish sales plans, prioritize activities, and communicate progress to internal and external stakeholders.
  6. Forecast and track key account metrics.

Key Requirements:

  • Excellent relationship building, oral, and written communication skills, as well as fluency in English.
  • Time management, project management, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and drive results.
  • Driving license and willingness to travel.
