Manufacturing Process Engineer

About the Role:
The Manufacturing Process Engineer is responsible for operating machinery, performing maintenance tasks, and fault-finding duties to ensure efficient production processes.
Main Responsibilities:
- Operate production machinery, assemble products, and manage pallet release duties.
- Maintain and refurbish offline machinery, ensuring optimal performance.
- Diagnose and repair electro-mechanical faults to minimize downtime.
- Set up manufacturing equipment to meet required product standards.
- Monitor in-process quality, resolve issues to prevent product holds.
- Collaborate with colleagues to optimize production workflows.
Requirements:
- C&G or HND qualification in electrical or mechanical engineering or equivalent experience.
- Proven track record in high-volume, automated manufacturing environments.
- Strong background in maintenance and fault-finding techniques.
- Excellent communication skills for effective team collaboration.
- A passion for delivering high-quality results.
Salary Information:
We offer a competitive salary of £25,000 per annum based on your experience.
