About the Position

We are seeking a highly skilled Manufacturing Process Lead to join our team at TQR's Plymouth site. As a key member of the Process Engineering Team, you will be responsible for overseeing the implementation of process improvements and ensuring that manufacturing operations are running efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the implementation of process improvements
  • Monitor and report on manufacturing performance metrics
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process changes
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in manufacturing or a related field
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders
Salary and Benefits:

The successful candidate can expect a competitive salary of £60,000 - £75,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as a range of benefits including health insurance and pension scheme.
