We are seeking a Behaviour Support Specialist to join our team in Stoke-on-Trent. This role requires a comprehensive understanding of SEMH and SEND, as well as the ability to tailor support to meet individual students' needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage challenging behaviour and implement effective strategies to enhance students' learning experiences.
  • Support students with SEMH needs and tailor support to meet individual students' needs.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of £24,000 per annum salary for this position.
  • Experience in managing challenging behaviour.
  • Comprehensive understanding of SEMH and SEND.
  • Ability to tailor support to meet individual students' needs.
