This Behavioural Management Specialist role is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced professional to join a large mainstream Secondary School in Stafford. As part of the dedicated pastoral and behavioural team, you will play a significant role in enhancing student welfare.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Pastoral Care, Pastoral Head of Year, or Behavioural Management. You will work closely with the team to develop effective strategies for supporting vulnerable students. This could lead to a permanent position for the right individual.

Your key responsibilities will include monitoring student progress, collaborating with the behavioural team, ensuring effective support for students, organizing intervention sessions, attending meetings with the DSL and Safeguarding Team, and working proactively with vulnerable students.

We are seeking someone with at least 12 months of experience in a Pastoral or Behavioural Team setting. Your excellent communication, organization, and IT skills will enable you to make a valuable contribution to our team.

The salary range for this role will be determined based on your qualifications and experience. Successful applicants will undergo an enhanced DBS disclosure and provide educational references as part of the registration process.
