Behavioural Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Behavioural Support Specialist to work with young males aged 4-16 who have been permanently excluded from mainstream education due to social emotional mental health or behavioural needs.
The ideal candidate will have a good knowledge of the national curriculum, the ability to deliver fun and engaging support in class, and experience working with challenging behaviours.
Key responsibilities include building good relationships with staff and pupils, dealing with challenging behaviour, and working one-to-one with students. The successful candidate can expect a competitive salary of £28,000 - £38,000 per annum, based on experience.
