Classroom Behaviour Mentor Job Summary

Academics Ltd is seeking an experienced Classroom Behaviour Mentor to join our team. As a Classroom Behaviour Mentor, you will work in schools to support children with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs who demonstrate challenging behaviour.

Your role will involve mentoring classroom teachers to develop effective strategies for managing challenging behaviour. You will also provide one-to-one support to students who require additional help.

The ideal candidate will have experience working with young people with SEMH needs. You should be able to hold student attention and communicate effectively in tough situations. A competitive salary of £35,000 - £40,000 per annum, depending on experience, is on offer.
