Teaching Assistant and Classroom Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Teaching Assistant and Classroom Manager to join our team of professionals in secondary schools. This role involves supporting students' learning, managing classroom behaviour, and delivering pre-prepared lessons in the absence of the classroom teacher.
About the Requirements
To be successful in this position, you will need previous experience working in a secondary school setting, ideally as a cover supervisor, teaching assistant, or similar role. You should be confident managing classrooms and engaging with students aged 11–16, possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and be flexible, reliable, and adaptable to different school environments. A valid DBS Check and ability to obtain suitable references are also required.
