National IT Service Desk Technician

We are looking for an experienced National IT Service Desk Technician to join our team in Leeds. The successful candidate will work on a full-time basis, providing national 1st line IT support, IT documentation, and IT purchasing/contract management.
This role involves delivering exceptional customer service, logging IT support tickets, and resolving issues where possible. The candidate will also be responsible for procuring hardware, software, and IT consumables, as well as managing and documenting new system users, user access changes, and system leavers.
We are committed to working to ISO 9001 and 27001 standards, which means the ideal candidate must hold a level or equivalent in IT systems, have at least 1 year of experience working in an IT team, and possess knowledge of Active Directory, Microsoft operating systems, and Microsoft Office systems.
