Key Responsibilities:
  1. Oversee the pastoral care of students, providing support with social, emotional, and behavioural issues.
  2. Act as a point of contact for students, parents, and staff, providing advice, guidance, and support when needed.
  3. Lead and support the pastoral team in creating a positive, inclusive, and nurturing school environment.
