Job Overview

This exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Education Welfare Consultant to join Hatched Recruitment Group in Southwark.

In this role, you will be responsible for supporting schools and families to prevent exclusion and promote inclusive education practices. You will work closely with the local authority and other stakeholders to develop and implement strategies to improve attendance and reduce exclusion rates.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in education welfare and experience working with families and young people in challenging circumstances. You will also possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address barriers to education.

We anticipate the salary for this role to be in the range of £25-£30 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.
