Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate for the Disability and Welfare Consultant role will provide expert guidance on organisational welfare practices and risk management strategies to support ITV personnel globally. This permanent position is based in London, with flexible working arrangements.

Salary: £50,000 - £70,000 per annum (dependent on experience)

In this key role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Health and Safety Risk Advisors, to ensure effective delivery of welfare risk management advice to productions. You will maintain health and reporting systems, ensuring consistency with the Company's requirements, laws, and best practices.

You will provide expert guidance on policies, procedures, and processes for programme participants to a wide range of teams globally. This includes advising and supporting ITV's Health and Safety Risk Advisors to help ensure they can effectively deliver welfare risk management advice directly to productions.

This role requires a relevant qualification in Risk Management, Healthcare, or Health & Safety, as well as safeguarding knowledge and experience. You must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and educate staff at all levels.
