Job Description

About the Role:

We are seeking a qualified social worker to join our Children with Disabilities Team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for delivering and providing social work services to children with complex disabilities and their families.

You will work closely with colleagues in health, education, and the voluntary sector using a multi-disciplinary team approach. Your role will involve ensuring the welfare of children is safeguarded and they are protected in accordance with legal and statutory obligations.

To succeed in this role, you should have proven post-qualification experience, ideally working with children with disabilities and their families. You should also be a qualified social worker registered with Social Work England and possess a commitment to delivering best practice and support to children and families.
