About the Job:

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced Referral and Assessment Team, where you will play a vital role in assessing and managing cases of child welfare. Your primary focus will be on developing and implementing plans that promote improved outcomes for children and their families.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough assessments of child welfare situations
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to create effective care plans
  • Communicate regularly with colleagues and stakeholders to ensure seamless case management

Qualifications and Experience:

A degree in Social Work (Degree, DipSW, CQSW) and a minimum of 3 years' post-qualified experience are required for this position. A valid UK driving license and car are also necessary for travel to meetings and appointments.
