HR Professional Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled HR Generalist to join our team at Major Recruitment Watford. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving business success by delivering exceptional HR services.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement HR strategies that align with business objectives.
  • Lead and manage HR projects, including recruitment, training, and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters.
  • Analyse data and metrics to inform HR decisions and drive business outcomes.
  • Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including employees, managers, and external partners.
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Design and deliver training programmes to develop employee skills and knowledge.
  • Manage employee conflicts and grievances in a fair and impartial manner.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in HR.
  • Develop and implement succession planning and talent management strategies.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar HR role.
  • Proven track record of delivering business results through HR initiatives.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Experience with HR systems and software.
