Senior Mental Health Nurse

Atlantis Medical Ltd is seeking an experienced mental health nurse to provide community mental health services in Birmingham.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct risk assessments and develop care management plans to minimize harm to staff and prisoners.
- Collaborate with prison staff and other multidisciplinary team professionals to deliver integrated care.
- Provide needs-led interventions, referrals, and liaison with external agencies.
Requirements:
- Relevant qualification and valid NMC PIN
- Experience working in a secure setting
- Mentoring qualification
- Previous experience working in a prison
- Qualification or experience in delivering Trauma-Informed Care
To be successful in this role, you will have a strong understanding of mental health nursing principles and practices.
