Senior Mental Health Nurse

Priory Group, a leading provider of behavioural care and specialist support services, is seeking an experienced Senior Mental Health Nurse to join our team at Woodbourne Priory Hospital. As a Senior Mental Health Nurse, you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality, patient-focused care and contributing to the development of new services and care pathways.
Salary and Benefits
The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary of £36,176 - £38,596 per annum, plus a £5,000 welcome bonus. Additionally, they will be entitled to free on-site parking, supplemented meals on duty, 25 days annual leave, birthday holiday, enhanced maternity pay, contributory pension scheme, flexible benefits, access to development opportunities, sponsorship of professional qualifications, leadership & management development, long service award, and refer a friend bonuses.
Job Description
We are looking for a highly skilled and compassionate Senior Mental Health Nurse to join our team. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will deliver high-quality, patient-focused care, participate in the development of new services and care pathways, support the local implementation of the Group Nursing Strategy, and engage in continuous quality improvement within your service.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you must have a Registered nurse with active NMC PIN as a RMN or RNLD with 12 months post-qualifying experience, relevant clinical experience, a positive attitude and commitment to change, improvement, and quality, ability to develop and use flexible and innovative approaches to practice, and excellent verbal, interpersonal, and written communication skills.
