Job Summary:

We are looking for an Account Growth Manager to join our team in Manchester, Reading, or Nottingham. As an Account Growth Manager, you will engage with clients on-site, delivering tailored presentations and solutions that address their unique needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of client needs and deliver targeted solutions.
  • Build strong relationships with clients and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports to track progress and performance.

Requirements:

  • Experience in sales is preferable but not essential.
  • A full UK driving license and willingness to travel throughout the UK and stay away from home regularly during the week.
  • Target-driven with a strong determination to achieve personal success.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to connect with a diverse range of clients.
  • Self-motivated, resilient, and adaptable to various customer styles.
