Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced General Manager, EMEA to lead our sales function across the UK, Europe, and Middle East. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in beauty industry sales, with a strong strategic mindset and ability to drive growth targets.
Responsibilities:- Account Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key wholesale accounts in EMEA.
- Sales Growth Targets: Take ownership of delivering annual, quarterly, and periodic sales growth targets for the region.
- Regional Opportunity: Collaborate with the global brand team to optimize regional opportunity and drive expansion strategies.
- Forecasting: Ensure best-in-class forecasting across the sales function, meeting key deadlines and providing accurate sales and profitability forecasts.
- Customer Satisfaction: Work closely with operations and finance to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction.
- Commercial Leadership Experience: Proven experience in commercial leadership/management with a solid background in beauty/cosmetics.
- Strategic Thinking: Ability to conceptualize, coordinate, and project manage the execution of commercial strategies to deliver required results.
- Financial Acumen: Understand the financial impact of decisions and leverage financial metrics to inform business recommendations.
