We are seeking an experienced Business Development Director to lead all aspects of the Facilities Management business. This role will be responsible for shaping, developing, and implementing the business development strategy for 2nd tier Facilities Management contractors and National Facilities Management contractors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accountability for developing and implementing sales strategies to meet and exceed strategic priorities
  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of Account Managers to deliver a market-leading service proposition
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with Facilities Management customers
  • Continually evaluate existing and target customers to deliver profitable growth
  • Ensure the credibility and technical expertise of the Account Managers
  • Work seamlessly with the Managed Services team and the wider Travis Perkins business
  • Successfully manage procurement processes and secure long-term contractual agreements

We're looking for someone with experience leading a high-performing team that delivers similar services into the Facilities Management sector. You'll have a strong commercial understanding and the ability to problem-solve and add value to our customers.
