Freight Personnel is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to help develop new freight forwarding business in the UK. The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing and creating a pipeline of sales opportunities, selling and promoting freight and logistics services nationwide, and working closely with the UK Managing Director to achieve business growth.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute a sales strategy to increase revenue and market share in the UK logistics market.
  2. Build and maintain relationships with key clients and partners to identify new business opportunities.
  3. Work closely with the sales team to ensure alignment and effective communication.
  4. Travel extensively throughout the UK to meet with clients and prospects.
