Business Development Manager

Are you a sales professional looking for a new challenge?
We have an exciting opportunity for a Business Development Manager to join our team at one2one Recruitment.
As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients, identifying new business opportunities, and developing sales strategies to drive growth.
Key responsibilities include:
- Responding to leads generated by marketing activities.
- Determining specific client requirements and providing quotations.
- Building and maintaining relationships with clients.
- Securing repeat business and ensuring accounts remain active.
- Overseeing the production of client orders.
- Attending events where necessary.
You will gain exposure to well known brands in a variety of industry sectors, have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced, supportive office, and the chance to liaise with the Far East supplier base.
Ideally you will have some experience of customer service and relationship management, but it's not essential. You must have excellent written and verbal communication skills, be self-motivated, and keen to learn.
