Business Development Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Client Account Manager to join our team at ACS Recruitment Solutions. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our clients, developing and maintaining strong relationships, and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional service to existing and new clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
- Develop and prepare high-quality documents, including estimates, schedules, and specifications.
- Set up and manage estimating files, both electronically and in paper format.
- Converting schedules of works and specifications, including typing and formatting documents.
- Answer incoming telephone calls, taking messages or re-directing as appropriate.
- Perform general administrative duties, including clerical and support tasks.
- Support and assist colleagues and the accounts team as needed.
- Work closely with the Operations Manager and Managing Director to achieve business objectives.
The Ideal Candidate:
- Has experience in sales and account management, with a proven track record of success.
- Is an excellent communicator, able to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Has well-rounded organizational and communication skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
- Is versatile, with strong time-keeping skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Is highly organized, with the ability to plan and prioritize tasks.
- Is computer literate, with proficiency in relevant software and systems.
- Has strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues.
- Is a practical team player, with a hands-on approach to work.
