**Job Title:** Administrative Assistant - HR Support

**Location:** London, UK

A top US law firm is seeking an experienced HR administrative assistant to provide exceptional support to the HR and managerial team in London. As a key member of the small HR team, you will be responsible for delivering a wide range of administrative tasks, ensuring the smooth operation of the office.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, razor-sharp attention to detail, and the ability to apply good judgment in decision-making. With extensive liaison with senior management in both London and the US, this role offers a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious HR administrator looking to take their career to the next level.

**Key Responsibilities:

  • Scheduling meetings and appointments, booking travel arrangements
  • Monitoring compliance to remote working policies and escalating issues as necessary
  • Working with the Director of Benefits and the benefits team on employee benefit queries
  • Assisting with coordinating team rotas and dealing with absences/cover issues
  • Preparing documents, including correspondence, policies, and reports

**Requirements:*

  • 2+ years of experience in an HR or administrative role in a corporate/office environment
  • Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a small team

**Salary Range:** £35,000 - £45,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
