A prestigious business in Central London seeks an HR Administrator to join the team.

To be suitable for the role, you will be an experienced HR Administrator within the professional services sector.

Key responsibilities include:

  1. Primary contact and systems administrator for the HR database.
  2. Inputting and updating information on the HR system.
  3. Maintaining accurate records.
  4. Ensuring all documents are on the system and that personnel files are filed promptly and accurately.
  5. Involved in employee onboarding, issuing new starter letters and contracts, and sending out appropriate employee forms, letters, and new starter packs.
  6. Assisting with HR induction and finalizing the induction process.
  7. Compiling audio scripts and producing induction presentations.
  8. Assisting with Learning & Development, arranging seminar events, and coordinating training.
  9. Maintaining training records.

Required skills include good MS Office skills and the ability to format documents and presentations on MS PowerPoint.

The salary for this role is between £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, dependent on experience, plus a great benefits package.
