Are you a highly organized and efficient individual looking for a challenging role in HR? We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced HR Administrator to join our busy team at Newlon Housing Trust.

About the Role

This is a fantastic chance to work with a successful charitable housing association, one of the major providers of new affordable housing in north and east London. As an HR Administrator, you will provide administrative support to our HR team, working closely with the Head of HR Operations and the Senior HR Advisor.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing administrative support to the HR team, including recruitment and learning & development administration.
  • Serving as the first point of contact for HR queries and covering administration duties across all areas of human resources.
  • Assisting in the administration of a computerised HR database.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A CIPD qualified or actively working towards a CIPD Level 3 qualification.
  • A proven HR background, ideally generalist.
  • Good knowledge of equality and diversity in the workplace.

We offer a competitive salary of £28,000 - £32,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits including 27 days holiday, a non-contributory pension, excellent benefits, and a flexi scheme.
