At Pertemps, we are seeking an HR Administrator to join our dynamic People Team. This exciting opportunity will see you working closely with internal stakeholders, supporting the onboarding of new joiners and ensuring seamless transitions for employees throughout their tenure.

About the Role:

This is a fantastic chance to contribute to the growth and success of our expanding team. As an HR Administrator, you will be responsible for drafting contracts, processing background screenings and references, and conducting introductory meetings for new joiners. You will also play a key role in monitoring long service anniversaries, processing employee changes, and coordinating salary reviews.

We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic individual who possesses strong prioritization skills, excellent attention to detail, and effective communication skills. If you have prior experience in HR administration and are eager to collaborate with our HR Advisors and Business Partners, this could be the ideal opportunity for you.

About You:
  • Prior experience in HR administration or professional administration in a regulated sector.
  • Able to work collaboratively in a small team to find solutions and meet objectives.
  • Strong prioritization, flexibility, planning, and scheduling skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and initiative.
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
