Administrative Professional HR

We are currently seeking an experienced HR Administrator to join our team at Handpicked Recruitment. The successful candidate will have a strong background in HR administration and excellent communication skills.
As an HR Administrator, you will be responsible for a range of tasks including recruitment, employee relations, and general administration. You will work closely with our HR Manager to ensure the smooth operation of our HR processes.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Providing administrative support to the HR Manager and other members of the team.
- Coordinating recruitment activities, including advertising roles, shortlisting candidates, and conducting interviews.
- Assisting with the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring they have a positive and productive start to their career with the company.
- Supporting employee relations by investigating and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Maintaining accurate records and updating our HR database as necessary.
- Preparing reports and statistics as required.
