About the Role: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-focused HR Assistant to join our team in Wroxham, Norfolk.
Estimated Salary: The annual salary for this role is approximately £27,000, including a comprehensive benefits package.
Job Description: The HR Assistant will provide administrative support to the HR Manager, maintaining accurate records, managing email communications, and participating in events and activities at the site.
Responsibilities:
- Administrative Tasks: Perform various administrative tasks, including data entry, report generation, and document management.
- Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records on the HR platform, ensuring seamless access to information.
- Email Response: Respond promptly to emails within the HR mailbox, addressing queries and concerns from employees.
- Absence Management: Manage employee absences, providing necessary support to minimize disruption and promote employee well-being.
- Event Participation: Participate in events and activities at the site, fostering a positive work environment and promoting teamwork.
Requirements:
- Administrative Experience: Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably in an HR setting.
- Microsoft Office Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, etc.) to efficiently perform administrative tasks.
- UK Driver's License: Possess a valid UK driver's license to travel occasionally to other sites within Norfolk or across the UK.
