Job Title: HR Administrative Support Professional

We are seeking a skilled HR Administrative Support Professional to join our team at Crimson Hotels Group.

Estimated Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 per annum

About the Role:

This is a fixed-term contract for three months, covering maternity leave. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting in recruitment processes, maintaining accurate employee records, and coordinating onboarding processes for new hires.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in recruitment processes, including posting job ads, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
  • Coordinate onboarding processes for new hires, including preparing materials and conducting orientation sessions.
  • Process employee requests and inquiries related to HR policies and procedures.
  • Support performance management, employee relations, and training programs.
  • Help prepare and distribute HR reports, presentations, and communications.
  • Assist with payroll administration.
  • Ensure compliance with legal requirements and company policies.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in an HR or administrative role is a plus.
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
