Job Title: HR & OD Support Officer

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-focused HR Support Professional to join our team at Adecco UK Limited. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with excellent administrative skills, knowledge of employment law, and experience in providing generalist HR support services.

As an HR Support Professional, you will work alongside our HR colleagues to deliver seamless end-to-end recruitment services and manage all employee lifecycle transactional matters for the Housing Management Division.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as the first point of contact for enquiries, providing advice and guidance on a range of employee issues and ensuring that all payroll matters are processed in a timely and accurate way.
  • Maintain HR systems to a high standard, taking responsibility for ensuring that systems are accurate and up to date at all times.
  • Ensure effective recruitment through working with candidates, hiring managers, and HR colleagues throughout the recruitment process, from recruitment authorisation to the issuing of new starter documentation.
  • Administer the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring such documentation as offer letters and contracts are produced in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Prepare and submit payroll instructions according to agreed timescales, maintaining a high focus on accuracy.
Requirements:
  • CIPD Level 3 qualification or equivalent.
  • Experience of providing generalist, customer-focused HR administrative support services, including use of HR/workforce management IT systems.
  • Knowledge and understanding of basic employment law and experience of practical application in the workplace.
  • Good knowledge of HR best practice and how it applies to the workplace.
