HR Support Professional

We are seeking an experienced HR Administrator to join our team at Smart Currency Group, a leading Foreign Exchange Brokerage with a range of exciting businesses under its umbrella. As an HR Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting the management of our talented workforce and ensuring that we have a top-class HR function in place.
The successful candidate will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including:
- Day-to-Day Operations:
- Managing our HR system, ensuring that colleague profiles are up-to-date and accurate
- Creating new employee records and updating existing ones
- Implementing contractual changes and maintaining HR systems
- Updating holiday and sick leave calendars
- Monitoring and maintaining our 'HR Mailbox' in Outlook
- Providing clear and timely advice to employees and line managers
- Taking ownership of our HR Newsletter
- Conducting regular audits of HR data to ensure accuracy
- Supporting with end-of-year financial audits
- Running payroll for our UK and Spain offices
- Managing family-friendly leave paperwork and flexible working requests
- Tracking company incentives and recording information in the Payroll
- Supporting with benefits administration
- Processing P11D reports and submitting pension reports to our provider
- Uploading HR-related invoices for approval and payment by the finance team
- A minimum of 5-7 years of HR Administration experience
- Strong customer service focus and attention to detail
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication, organization, and administrative skills
