About the Role

We are seeking an experienced HR Administrator to join our team at Smart Currency Group, a leading Foreign Exchange Brokerage with a range of exciting businesses under its umbrella. As an HR Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting the management of our talented workforce and ensuring that we have a top-class HR function in place.

The successful candidate will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including:

  1. Day-to-Day Operations:
  • Managing our HR system, ensuring that colleague profiles are up-to-date and accurate
  • Creating new employee records and updating existing ones
  • Implementing contractual changes and maintaining HR systems
  • Updating holiday and sick leave calendars
HR Communication:
  • Monitoring and maintaining our 'HR Mailbox' in Outlook
  • Providing clear and timely advice to employees and line managers
  • Taking ownership of our HR Newsletter
Strategic Projects:
  • Conducting regular audits of HR data to ensure accuracy
  • Supporting with end-of-year financial audits
Business Partnerships:
  • Running payroll for our UK and Spain offices
  • Managing family-friendly leave paperwork and flexible working requests
  • Tracking company incentives and recording information in the Payroll
  • Supporting with benefits administration
  • Processing P11D reports and submitting pension reports to our provider
  • Uploading HR-related invoices for approval and payment by the finance team
Personal Qualities:
  • A minimum of 5-7 years of HR Administration experience
  • Strong customer service focus and attention to detail
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication, organization, and administrative skills
