HR Administrator and Operations Coordinator

Ea First is seeking an HR Administrator and Operations Coordinator to support the HR department's daily functions. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in an HR or administrative role, ideally within a similar environment.

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment with a 3-day onsite presence. Parking facilities are available on site.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Processing HR data accurately and on time, adhering to department standards.
  • Maintaining strict confidentiality and integrity of employee information at all times, in line with Data Protection legislation.
  • Providing timely support to employees regarding HR issues, offering guidance on HR policies and promoting overall personnel welfare.
  • Assisting with additional HR tasks as directed by the HR Business Partner.

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • Previous experience in an HR or administrative capacity, preferably within a similar environment.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to maintain accuracy in data processing.
  • Familiarity with HR and payroll systems is highly desirable.
  • A solid understanding of Data Protection legislation and its application in HR practices.

The estimated salary for this position is £26,000 - £32,000 per annum, depending on your level of experience.
