HR Administrator Coordinator

**Job Summary:**
We are seeking an HR Administrator Coordinator to join our Crone Corkill team in a European HR Shared Service Centre role. As an HR Administrator Coordinator, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality employee experiences and collaborating with other HR team members to action and respond to queries.
**What You'll Do:**
- Process employee contracts and issue references.
- Respond to employee queries related to HRSS processes, HR policies, and document progress in the ticket system.
- Manage HR databases and documents.
**What We're Looking For:**
- A minimum of 1-2 years' experience within a shared service model in the EMEA region HR Shared Services organisation or in an HR environment, providing direct support to front-line employees and people leaders.
- HR or commercial vocational training required; a Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business, Human Resources, Organisational Behaviour, or related field would be an advantage.
- Fluent in English and Spanish.
- Organised and detail-oriented with excellent customer service skills.
**Estimated Salary Range:** £35,000 - £45,000 per annum.
