Sales Growth Manager

Job OverviewWe are seeking a highly motivated Sales Growth Manager to drive and increase our profile to new adviser firms. This role is critical for driving growth for the business by promoting our tax offering to new prospects.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating an exceptional first impression with a nationwide bank of prospects in the Advisory and Financial Planning space, building strong relationships with Internal and External Business Development Managers, and maintaining accurate records of each contact's relationship lifecycle on our CRM.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a targeted sales strategy to increase revenue growth
- Create and deliver engaging presentations to new prospects, showcasing our tax offering and services
- BUILD and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in the Advisory and Financial Planning industry
- Collaborate with Internal and External Business Development Managers to ensure a healthy pipeline of new prospects
- Maintain accurate records of each contact's relationship lifecycle on our CRM, updating key findings on areas of interest
Requirements:
- Previous direct sales experience with evidence of working in a target-driven environment
- A proven track record of providing great customer service and being customer-centric
- Proven experience of generating new leads from cold outreach activity including telephone, email, and social media contact tools
- Strong relationship-building skills with both customers and colleagues
- Clear and confident communication skills when on the phone
- Experience of Microsoft programs such as Excel, Office, and Word
